Anyway today is a new day and I found it! Yay! So we begin again. So like I said, I just wanted to use that pigment. It's not deep... I wasn't feeling blue or thinking of the ocean or anything..lol.. Welll let me say that part of it is that I am planning on getting some new pigments (can't wait) and its sort of hard to justify new ones, if I am not using my existing ones. So that is where my inspiration came from for today..
My Look:
My Inspiration:
~Pigment is on the far left~~
I jotted down (most of ) what I used on my eyes & cheeks..
| Base: | MAC Paint Pot | Groundsworks |
| Bottom half of Lid (inner): | MAC Pigment | Reflects Transparent Blue |
| Bottom half of Lid (outer): | MAC Pigment | Deep Blue Green |
| Crease: | MAC Eyeshadow | Black Tied |
| Middle Lid: | MAC Eyeshadow | Rule/Red Brick/Plumage |
| Under Brow: | MAC Eyeshadow | Tete a Tint |
| Bottom Liner: | MAC Kohl Pencil | Smoulder |
| Mascara: | Covergirl Lashblash | Very Black |
| Blush: | Body Shop Blush | Roseflower 02 |
| Eyebrow (enhancement): | MAC Brow Pencil | Spiked |

I'm looking at the list of what you used and now realise why I don't acheive the full look when I do my eyes. Inner/Outer/middle gosh all too much for, I'll need to practice hard. I usally just use 3 - base, outer and brow bone and of course the liner and mascara.
ReplyDeleteWell, all I can say is that it takes time and patience. I have to say I have cut WAY WAY down on the number of colors I was using last year around this time. LOL. I say base, inner, outer, and brow bone are musts. I like to do a middle neutral color because most times, I don't like my shadow to go too far up and it helps with blending the brow color with the shadow I use on the bottom of my lid.
ReplyDeleteOh I meant to ask you - can you list the order in which you apply your eye shadow please.
ReplyDeleteMany thanks
